Payments and Transactions

• KamData does not store debit or credit card details.
• Successful transactions are treated as completed once service delivery is confirmed.
• Refunds apply only to failed transactions after verification.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
• Attempting to access systems or accounts without permission.
• Abusing, disrupting, or reverse engineering the platform.

Service Availability

We work to keep services available, but third-party providers, network operators, banks, and maintenance may affect uptime or delivery speed.

Limitation of Liability

KamData is not responsible for indirect losses, external provider failures, delays, or issues caused by incorrect user-provided details.
